Body Balancing without Force is a gentle therapy, which positions the body comfortably to spontaneously release itself from tension and trauma. This unique body therapy does not use the typical body crunching style that forces the bones to be put back into place. It uses gentle and subtle pressure, resulting in deep relaxation by loosening tight muscles around trouble joints This light touch therapy is excellent for the elderly, children of all ages and senitive people. The system utilizes the body?s natural way of remembering and re-educating itself for pain relief and self-healing, teaching people to be more aware and be at ease in their bodies, physically nd energetically. He has many years of Martial Arts training in Judo and Karate. One of the aspects of Martial Arts is to learn how to heal ones advisory first. With John?s other training as a body therapist and first hand knowledge of the Charka?s and Kundalini he has found ways of working with the body?s inherent wisdom of self-healing. How does Body Balancing w/o Force work? Body Balancing promotes the body?s self-correcting and self-reflexes located in our joints and muscles. With our body having cellular memory of all that has ever happen to us in a Mental, Emotional, Physical, Spiritual abuse and trauma. Sometimes the emotional has to be released before the body will be released, John works within all the memories that are stored in the Emotional, Mental, Physical and Spiritual realms and assists the body to release itself at the same time. The practitioner uses a gentle movement and compression of a positive and negative nature to find positions of comfort, which will allow the body to change the stress and pain patterns, which are causing the discomfort.
